Campers will learn the basics of organic gardening and start each day with a little garden work and fun with the chickens. They will help harvest and prepare fruits and vegetables for eating, create and try new recipes all while having fun while getting dirty. We will also focus on all the animals that live in and around the gardens - we will learn about mammals, reptiles, amphibians and insects and see how many of each we can find. Vegetables and fresh eggs will be available to take home each day and campers will leave with their own seeds to plant.
