The halls of CMA have
been full of activity over the summer months. The renovation project is in full
effect.
Our administrative offices are still open. We have been
relocated temporarily to the 2nd floor of the Downriver Community Conference
building suite 200, right next door. We will have our summer school classes
there as well. You can still reach us at 734-284-5600 between the hours of 8AM
and 4PM.
Check out the slideshow below to view renovation photos.

Summer school classes will begin on Monday, June 25th and end on Thursday, July 26th. The program will run Monday through Thursday. It will be broken up into 2 sessions. Grades 3-4 will be a morning session from 8:00AM until 11:00AM, and grades 5-7 will attend and afternoon session from 12:00PM until 3:00PM. Due to the summer construction, summer school will be located in the Michigan Works (DCC) building. There will be a mandatory parent/student orientation on the first day of summer school; one for morning students, and one for afternoon students.
Students who complete the program will receive a certificate at it conclusion. CMA is pleased to to offer this program once again for our students.

This year CMA again participated in a Food Drive and Mitten Tree, and it was a great success! Yesterday Janet from the Salvation Army came to CMA and picked up the approximate 400 canned good/food items and 104 hats/mittens/gloves! CMA families were extremely generous this holiday season.
Thank you all so much for your generous donations! Click on Read More to see some photos of the drive.

We have a new wiki site that will enable your student's teacher to communicate with you more effectively. You should have already received an invitation to the site from your teacher. If not, please contact your child's teacher directly.
