The Oak Room spent a day in outer space! They learned about constellations and satellites and made models with pretzel sticks and cheese. They got to try astronaut food-fruits, moon cheese, freeze-dried Skittles and more! In addition to snacking on Sun Chips and Moon Pies! They also practiced sight word writing on aluminum foil and made moon rocks! Lastly, they filled out their memories for the 2024 Solar Eclipse and got to step outside with their glasses to take a peek! They finished the day with Krispie Kream Eclipse Donuts!
