October is Principal Appreciation Month and at Creative Montessori Academy we couldn’t be more excited to highlight our hardworking and dedicated administration for all that they do. We take pride in providing both a unique and wholesome education, and that starts with our leadership. We want to take this opportunity to celebrate our leadership and explain what makes them such an important piece of our community.
The first person we would like to showcase this month is our headmaster Lisa Loger. Lisa has a wide breadth of experience at Creative Montessori Academy first as a teacher, then transitioned into the assistant Headmaster role. She has now served as Headmaster for the past few years. Mrs. Loger’s commitment to student growth and development is unparalleled, we love watching her live out her passion in supporting students to reach their highest potential as the principal.
The next administrator we would like to highlight is our assistant headmaster Lindsay Defenthaler. Lindsay has worn many hats at Creative Montessori Academy. She previously served as an assistant teacher and a 1st-3rd grade lead teacher for 7 years. Lindsay has her Montessori Certification from The Center for Guided Montessori Studies in both upper and lower elementary. She loves the Montessori philosophy and sharing it with staff and students alike!
Our leaders will always be a fundamental part of our school community, and we can’t thank them enough for their compassion, dedication and hard work. They serve as the backbone of our school, the ones inspiring change, and the mentors who shape our youth’s future. While this month may mark the official celebration, every day is an opportunity to recognize and support these outstanding individuals.
