CMA’s September in Review

Here at Creative Montessori Academy, we had been anxiously awaiting the start of another fantastic school year. With last year’s circumstances regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, we could hardly wait to get back to a more regular in-person learning environment. What we couldn’t have expected was such an amazing turn-out to the first week.

It was wonderful seeing old friends and making new ones in our first week of class, and we were more ecstatic to continue that momentum through the rest of the month.

Following that first week was our athletics tryouts, which our student athletes had been awaiting for almost two years. It’s a relief to finally say that CMA Athletics are back in full swing.

Throughout the month our students also participated in several events, a few being a celebration of constitution day in which our students made their own class constitutions, international peace day, and international dot day inspired by Peter H Reynolds’ book The Dot.

In conclusion, the month of September was an excellent way to start the year and we look forward to making every month as special as this one.
