Re-Enrollment
2026 – 2027 School Year
Re-enrollment for the 2026/2027 school year is now open January 26, 2026 through February 9, 2026.
Please look for a message from your school leader regarding how to re-enroll your child. All students who do not fill out their intent to return in this window will have to complete a Open Enrollment application.
Open Enrollment
2026 – 2027 School Year
Open Enrollment for the 2026/2027 school year will be held February 23, 2026 through March 9, 2026.
Lottery for open enrollment will be held March 20, 2026 at 4:00PM.

Documents Needed to Enroll
Once you fill out the Pre-Enrollment Form, we will contact you to see if you are able to upload the forms below.
*You can upload the proof of birth, immunization records, proof of residency and health appraisal during the online application process. Please note the original Birth Certificate will need to be brought to the main office.
A. Child's Proof of Age
- A copy of the student's official birth certificate must be provided to verify age.
- If a birth certificate is not available, another form may be turned in:
- Affidavit of Parentage, Hospital records, passport, baptism or church certificate, immigration documents.
- If one of these other forms is provided, a signed, notarized affidavit must be signed by the parent and must include an explanation of why the birth certificate is not available. This will expire at the end of the school year and the birth certificate should be provided by then.

B. IMMUNIZATION RECORD
Your child must have an updated immunization record OR an immunization waiver from the county Health Department BEFORE the start of the school year.
C. PROOF OF VISION SCREENING & HEALTH APPRAISAL (KINDERGARTEN ONLY)
Please provide proof of a vision screen, performed in the last three years. Vision testing can be done at the time of the Physical/Health Appraisal. If the child already wears glasses, a note from the doctor is acceptable.
D. PROOF OF ORAL HEALTH ASSESSMENT (KINDERGARTEN ONLY)
Please provide proof of a oral health assessment. The assessment must be done by a Registered Dental Hygienist, Dentist, or Dental Therapist.
E. PRESCHOOL ONLY
Once we receive your Pre-Enrollment Form, we will email an online invoice for the deposit.
F. Kindergarten Placement Assessment
The link to sign up for this appointment will be emailed once we receive your Pre-Enrollment Form.
